Jennifer Roth, RN

The decision to transition to hospice is not an easy one, and Jennifer did a wonderful job supporting us in making this decision. She deserves to be recognized for her ability to help her patients and their families during such a difficult time. Her genuine caring nature was such a blessing to me, my family, and especially my girlfriend who was faced with making decisions no one should have to make.
