She took the time to explain why different tests were ordered and the simple science behind it, such as the Doppler. I knew it was for blood clots, but she explained the indicators and why.
She was professional in her demeanor which instilled confidence in me for her care for me.
She executed well and quickly made things happen, such as keeping my tray supplied with applesauce, which I needed to take all medications. She remembered!
She explained the concern regarding low blood pressure and low-grade temperatures and how those factors affected my overall medical condition. Jenn was always calm and didn't express frustration. She was poised and self-assured.
Jenn seems to have respect from a CNA who said, "She's Good!"
Jenn has a positive attitude and is a good listener, which as a patient, made me feel valued. She looked at me instead of focusing only on charting.
Jenn was on top of my meds knew as much as I did. She was familiar.
There were many other good nurses, but Jenn stood out.
