Jennifer was with us during the final hours of my mom’s life. She made sure the whole family was taken care of, right to the end. After we spoke with the doctor and were told that we had to get the family together, Jennifer saw me in the hall and gave me a hug, and asked if I was going to be okay. That was something I will never forget. You are a very special person and I hope that every patient and family appreciates you as much as we do! Jennifer also made sure we knew what would be the next steps after my mom passed and it helped us realize that even after her death, they were still taking care of her. Thanks again, Jennifer!
