Jennifer S Walker, RN

Jennifer is tasked with onboarding all our new graduate RNs. She works with other educators to create a unique and engaging learning environment, and her mentorship is an inspiration not only to new graduates but to all of nursing. Jennifer is also responsible for our DAISY recognition and board certification recognition programs. She often gets overlooked for recognition, as one of her roles is to ensure our nurses are led and recognized. Her passion and commitment to the hospital are remarkable, and her diligence in her work and love for ARMC show through every day. Because of these attributes, I would like to nominate Jennifer Walker for the Nurse Educator Award.
