After surgery my mom became belligerent in her confusion. Jennifer was so patient with mom even though she pulled out her IV, ripped off her surgery dressing and took off her splint. We had to put her in mitts and that was hard to watch. Jennifer was so compassionate and reassuring. I would have fallen apart without Jennifer's kindness and understanding.
