Jennifer exemplified an outstanding bedside manner. She went over and beyond to ensure I understood every aspect of my treatment plan. She sat with me each day to explain the treatment plan. Asked if I had questions and even went as far as to be present when each specialist visited to ensure my questions were properly communicated, addressed, and even asked questions I didn't consider. She kept me calm and uplifted at times when I was completely overwhelmed.
