Jenn was our nurse, our everything, when we were in this exhausting situation. She went above and beyond to accommodate and explain everything that was going on in a simple way that we understood. She cared not only for our baby boy but for us. She is everything a nurse should be. She had tears in her eyes when she spoke with us and smiled in her eyes when we left.
