Jennifer did extensive research on how to provide better care for patients with autism. Our department did not have an algorithm in place for caring for this population of patients. Jennifer collaborated with different university hospitals across the nation to create a care plan for individuals with autism. She has provided the department with education and resources for caring for these patients. Jennifer went out of her way to get these algorithms in place to improve the quality of care for one of our most vulnerable of populations.
