I had a pretty major open back surgery. Since then, my life has pretty much fallen apart. excruciating pain every day since the operation. Let's just say my hope for a quality of life was zero to none.

I deal with PTSD, especially in neurological hospitals. So coming to the same floor that my back surgery happened on, I was very scared. But from the moment this nurse walked into my room, there was a calm and an assurance that things would be okay.

The way she held herself, with meekness, true compassion, and a willingness to help, inspires hope in me. Not only did she execute her job perfectly but did so in a manner that made me feel important, heard, and hopeful.

If the medical field were full of nurses like Jenny, the world would be a better place. The quality of care was exceptional, and honestly, she saved my heart from losing hope.

I'm truly thankful, more than she'll ever know. But she deserves my utmost respect and all the recognition.

 Thank you, Jenny! You've been one of a kind! I will never forget the care you gave me.
