As a staff nurse on Transcare, Jennifer works many hours at our hospital and makes a very positive impression on everyone. She has graciously welcomed learning a new craft after a long tenure in the Cath lab. She has a great rapport with patients and is extremely responsible. Jennifer is extremely dedicated to caring for others. On more than one occasion, she would volunteer for extra shifts to help her co-workers when patient volumes were high. Jennifer is an excellent nurse with strong morals and values. She lives and breathes the RISES values. She is very detailed oriented and a team player. She is a fast learner and knows when and what questions to ask in fast-paced scenarios. She constantly strives to perfect her craft in her new role as a Transcare Nurse. She is very polite and caring to her patients. She greets patients full of joy and laughter. She puts a smile on their face during one of the most stressful times of their lives. She is full of faith and she prays with her patients and puts some of their anxiety to rest. Jennifer has made a great addition to Transcare. She fits right into the Transcare Unit.
