I came to Henry Ford in excruciating pain. I was operated on for a fractured femur - knee injury and needed replacement. I required several pints of blood during the surgery and immediately following. Blood clots in legs and pulmonary clot made care intense and difficult. What I most remember during those painful and precarious days and nights was Jenn's efficiency, calm reassuring gestures and responses to my needs. She seemed to be "on top of the game" anticipating and responding to all my needs - always timely and reassuring. As I recovered, I recognized that the nurse was a beautiful, competent, wholesome, efficient human being! She is a gem!! Thank you so much!
