Jen always puts her patients first. She spends a lot of time with them and is very thorough in her care. Jen listens to their stories and always has a caring response. Even after the end of 12-hour night shifts, you can hear the caring in Jen's cheerful voice as she goes into the patient's room to hand off care to the new nurse.

This morning, I checked on a patient who had Jen as her nurse last night, and the patient said, "She's a beautiful nurse and so kind. I just can't get over the kindness." That says it all!
