Jennifer is excellent and very thorough in her shift report and patient care. I love to get report from Jennifer because I know that the patients will be very well taken care of. I know that every issue will be followed up on in its entirety. I know that the patient will be safe and well cared for. Jennifer is always calm and I have never heard her say anything negative or mean about or towards another staff member. I feel that Jennifer is top notch.
