Jennifer is in every way exemplary of what an RN should be or strive to be. Even though her nursing skills and knowledge are top notch, she also has the genuinely caring and kind demeanor towards her patients. This is a very rare combination that few RNs possess although it should be the "Gold Standard." Your hospital is very fortunate to have her on staff!
