She chose to work at Morristown-Hamblen because she wanted a small-town community hospital that allowed her to care for the people close to home. Jennifer says her goals in working at MHHS are to provide excellent care to every patient and family she encounters. “I make every effort to turn this scary time into a positive experience,” she says. When asked what the DAISY Award means to her, Jennifer says “This Award is reassurance that the work is worth it. You never know who you will impact and when.”
