Nurse Jennifer gave exemplary service in caring for my wife who was admitted to the ER for a fractured pelvis. Jennifer was very patient and accommodating while administering her nursing duties flawlessly. She appeared to be a nurse with years of experience as she answered my occasional questions with ease and compassion. While I was impressed with her pleasant demeanor, efficiency, and tender care of my wife, I discovered that nurse Jennifer had graduated only 3 months earlier. The charge nurse said that this was the first date that she operated on her own! She was just perfect!! Additionally, she stopped by to see my wife to check on her frequently with updates on hospital services and the comfort levels of my wife. Nurse Jennifer is the model nurse of professionalism balanced with compassion with a smile, even behind a mask!
