Jennifer consistently volunteers to train and be available to teach new hires on night shift. She shows great caring and initiative with her new hires to be complete and proper without cutting corners and doing a "half job". She models true empathy going above and beyond to give the patient's what they need both emotionally and physically. She agrees to pick up shifts whenever she can lighten the load of fellow nursing staff as well.

Jennifer is always willing to help and never complains! She is a very sweet and compassionate nurse who loves her patients. She demonstrates nothing but the best of care for her patients and I was one of the lucky patients to have her as my nurse. Jennifer put a smile on my face every night when she came to work. It was like she came to see just me. I am so thankful that she was my nurse.
