Jennifer Stevens has been the kindest, most thoughtful and approachable leader I have worked with. Anytime I have questions or doubts her door is always open even during late hours. She is hard working and involved with each case/patient wholeheartedly. Jennifer continuously goes above and beyond to help us nurses on 3 Neuro and to ask us if she can help with anything.

Once during a code SAT she provided comfort and reassurance to the wife of a patient. After the patient arrived at our unit the spouse went on and on about how sweet and caring Jennifer was during that terrifying experience.

Anytime I have a problem, even if she does not have an answer for me she will go out of her way to help me solve the problem. She is constantly checking on all staff to see if there is anything she can help us with. Jennifer is a selfless, hardworking nurse who deserves to be recognized.
