Following surgery, Jennifer Summers was in recovery with my mom attempting to manage pain. My mom had severe hip pain. Jennifer gave us updates, stayed past her shift by two and a half hours, and advocated for her, trying various pain meds to give her relief. Jennifer was very warm, friendly, and spent extra time with us also.
