I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your staff was in the ICU helping with a terribly sad and complex case. Although the patient was on the Donor Registry, when the neurosurgeon approached the family about organ donation they declined. The bedside nurse Jennifer was amazing! She was patient and diligent in helping us honor the patient’s wish to be an organ donor. She left an indelible mark on the Donor Alliance staff. Thank you for your continued support and dedication to saving lives through organ and tissue donation.
