We live in Cypress and chose to get our care at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands. After using all the products for my prep before surgery, my surgery was canceled because my doctor was ill. I was advised to go to the preadmission’s clinic at Memorial Hermann Cypress. They were unable to provide me with the prep I needed. When calling PAC at The Woodlands, I spoke to a really nice nurse, Jennifer Taylor. I explained my situation to her and asked her if she could leave some of the needed prep at the reception desk for me. She was so nice and told me that since I was in so much pain, I did not need to come all the way to The Woodlands. She volunteered her own time to bring it to me in Cypress. I thought it was so nice of her to volunteer to do this. I was a perfect stranger to her, but I was a patient of her hospital. That is a real commitment to her job. She thought enough to think about my needs and gave up her time to help me. I was so very grateful for her kindness and thoughtfulness. I am going into this surgery with comfort and confidence that I am in good hands. Jennifer Taylor is a truly comforting angel.
