Jena is an outstanding team player. She is supportive and encourages her team to provide exemplary nursing care each and every day for each and every patient. Jena creates interpersonal relationships with all patients, their families and other staff members. She provides and demonstrates strength, fortitude, caring and compassion. Jena demonstrates outstanding clinical skills and the ability to teach patients and staff members with ease.

Jena's dedication to the medical center and its mission is exemplified in the following activities, which include: active participation in unit council, shared governance council, commitment to work unit, coordinating social activities for the perioperative staff and coming in on days off to assist the staff as needed. Jena truly represents the values of the nursing department. She consistently demonstrates and lives the P-R-A-I-S-E behaviors which are: professionalism, respect, accountability, integrity, support, excellence, trust and teaching.

Jena is an asset to nursing department and organization. She is greatly appreciated by all whose lives she touches. We would like to thank Jena for all that she does and the person that she is.
