I am nominating Jennifer due to Jennifer’s outstanding care and dedication to her patients and Mercy Home Health. I have had many of Jennifer’s patients reach out to express their appreciation for the tender loving care they have received. She is always the utmost professional and never loses her cool even in the most difficult circumstances. Jennifer always offers to pick up extra patients when there is a need. For more than a year, she was the only RN I had in a particular part of our territory, and she always went above and beyond to meet, or rather exceed the expectations of our patients. Jennifer has had a particularly difficult patient over the course of her tenure here. This patient has multiple diagnoses including some psychiatric problems that make caring for her very difficult and frustrating but she always handles this patient with compassion and patience. I cannot say enough kind words about this RN, Jennifer is most assuredly an asset to Mercy Home Health and the patients she cares for.
