As a nurse, it is difficult to be the patient. I came in for surgery to have my wrist repaired, and I was extremely anxious due to my history of anesthesia complications.
By the time I was taken up to holding, I was in tears and wanting to back out. Jenny came over to me, held me, and talked to me with such a calm sweetness and understanding that I so much needed.
She was with me the entire time, and I remember her voice as I drifted out from the meds. I feel like she went the extra mile for me above and beyond what is expected. She is definitely a valuable asset, and there aren't enough words to show my gratitude to her.
