Jennifer was patient and kind in dealing with my very difficult father. My dad lives alone and pays his bills monthly by check. He needed to be in the ER to be treated; however, he insisted on leaving so he could go pay his monthly bills. I live in Florida and couldn't get here until tonight. Jennifer told my dad that if he wrote the check out for his bills and placed them in envelopes, she would hand-deliver them when her shift ended at 7:00 am, just so he wouldn't have to leave the hospital, and she did! It means the world to me and my father that she was willing to go above and beyond like that just to keep him here to get the treatment he needed. I can't thank her enough for helping my father as she did.
