Please recognize Jenny for going above and beyond, with helping my wife and my son. By luck, my wife and I arrived just as Jenny was starting her shift. Jenny right away made us feel comfortable by starting conversations with us. Although our conversations were about TV shows or silly stories about our kids, Jenny knew exactly when to be professional and how to be reassuring. Our son's heartbeat kept dropping during contractions and Jenny quickly took action and gave us a sense of trust that our son was in good hands. Jenny quickly made some suggestions to help stop our son's heartbeat from dropping. Soon after Jenny's quick solution to the immediate issue, our son's heart got stronger and everything seemed to work smoothly the rest of the labor. After a very long day, we were really sad to know Jenny was soon ending her shift without meeting our son. I think Jenny could tell my wife really enjoyed her presence in the room so Jenny offered to stay past her shift and see the delivery through until the end. Jenny staying with us the whole time meant a lot to us. She was very professional and extremely nice. Jenny made our special day one we'll never forget. My wife and I can't thank Jenny enough for all that she did. We truly believe Jenny is an incredible human being and one of the best nurses we've ever met!
