Jennifer was extremely compassionate and caring! Her patient was in an emotional anxious state after hearing news from her husband's surgeon. Jennifer arranged with several co-workers to have her patient visit her husband in 2E CVICU. Not only did she arrange it, Jennifer herself brought the patient down. Once there, both husband and wife were able to talk to one another. They exchanged stories and were able to relieve their stress. The patient went back to 5B happy and the husband of the patient who was in 2E was happier than he had been all week. With this single act of kindness Jennifer made both patients happier as well as the nurses caring for them!
