It is rare for me to write an unsolicited letter of praise for a job well done. As a matter of fact, this is the first time I have felt compelled to do so. However, there are certain people who deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service and care.

I would like to thank all the members of your staff who attended to me during my home health care. A SPECIAL thanks to Jennifer Walker, who was absolutely great. She made me feel very at ease and comforted. I also appreciated the steps she took to make sure my wounds were done as sterile as possible, her professionalism, and personal caring. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all her efforts.
