Jennifer Wallace, RN

Jennifer goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of patients/families. She treats the people with respect, courtesy, positive attitude at all times, anticipates the wants and needs of our patients/families and responds promptly, communicates with compassion, using words the patient/family can understand, takes ownership of and pride in her practice. Jenn worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic and during this difficult post-pandemic recovery phase, often working extra shifts. Post pandemic, the ED had several experienced nurses transfer from the ED into other positions at CHA and Jenn has adjusted her schedule to meet the needs of the department and assume charge nurse responsibilities. Jenn has been a role model, an informal leader, cheerleader, and main support for all staff.
