My mother-in-law took a turn for the worse and Jennifer jumped right on it. She listened to what I had to say and took my suggestions and concerns seriously. She got Respiratory in here ASAP, then the doctor, in what seemed like an instant. Jennifer was amazing at diagnosing and knowing what she needed. She, along with the doctor, saved my mother-in-law's life.
Jennifer needs to be recognized for her outstanding work as well as her demeanor and good humor. She is amazing. She went above and beyond to get things done, all the while being a great person.
