Jennifer was always upbeat. She explained everything she was doing, like, "this will feel cold", or "now I am flushing the wound". Even though she was treating an abscess, she took the time to ask me about other things like my sugar levels. She made suggestions about things I could do at home to prevent falls, recommended getting the flu shot, and other things. She cared enough to stay and talk when I was down, she could have just left and not cared but she stayed because she cared about me and not just treating the abscess.
