Jennifer's story touched not just the life of the nominator but everyone in the Emergency Department. A fellow nurse had to make the hardest decision possible, to let her precious son go. Jennifer stayed by her side, acted as her and her son's advocate and navigated the process with her. Jennifer was there to remind her she was a great mom, her son was so loved and that she wasn't alone. Everyone deserves a nurse like Jennifer.
