Jennifer did a wonderful job taking care of a patient who was starting to crash. She showed true compassion when caring for the patient. She got the physician involved and moved very quickly to get this patient what he needed and to physically get him up to intensive care. Jennifer is thoughtful and caring in everything she does, and although it was stressful and busy for her, she made sure to include the new graduate nurses in the process. Jennifer demonstrates clinical excellence every day in her care of patients. Wonderful job, Jen, thank you.
