Jennifer consistently goes out of her way to assist patients and assure their safety. On this particular occasion, she found a medication error on a child that was immunocompromised due to a heart transplant. Then, she discovered that this family was being displaced from their housing due to sewage backup. Jennifer tirelessly contacted city representatives from WS Sanitation, Forsyth Co. Dept. of Environmental Services, Forsyth Co Dept. of Communicable Diseases, East Ward City Councilman, DSS Case Worker, Apartment Complex Manager and Director of Community Business Development. She secured temporary housing for the mother and her three sons at a hotel with bus passes. She also secured bottled water for the patient's tube feedings. She didn't stop until they were all safe!
