Jenny is the most compassionate nurse. She has shared so much beyond her regular duties. She has taught my husband how to relax. She is prompt to fill requests and goes way beyond to see that my husband is comfortable and that I am too. Her knowledge of his condition and understanding his fears and her encouragement to him is wonderful. If you can say you enjoyed your hospital stay, let me say because of Nurse Jenny Whitley, we can say that. We look forward to her popping in to check on him. I, as a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother can say in two days Jenny have taught us many practical ways to remain relaxed and healthy.

Jenny takes her job and responsibilities very seriously. She displays all the attributes of a super nurse: pleasant, dedicated, tentative, sincere, compassionate, supportive, informative, and most of all willing to listen and answer all questions and concerns. She made our stay a very pleasant one.

Jenny demonstrated excellent care, attention, and genuine concern during my brother's hospitalization, surgery, and discharge. She went beyond the call of duty when he returned from surgery with a bladder full of urine and made the necessary quick, speedy contacts to the urologist and surgeon for orders to catheterize him as soon as he came up from surgery. RN Whitley's compassionate care shown towards my brother and our family was like no other witnessed by my family. She was prompt to provide comfort, be available for any questions, and took the necessary time to ensure we understood the course of my brother's care. She was personable and pleasant always with a smile and/or pat on the back for our patient and family members. It was obvious that she loves her job which appears to be her calling and passion. A definite role model for all nurses young or older.
