Jenny was very calming, knowledgeable, and gave easy to understand explanations. She sat with us and explained many things including the type of catheter my husband had and how and why it was different. She seemed to have a great relationship with the doctor and fellow workers. She monitored my husband closely after surgery and explained the concern over his oxygen levels dropping while asleep. It resulted in him being admitted overnight. She had the proper concerns and we appreciate that. Would he have preferred to come home, yes, but we both preferred taking the safe path and making sure he was okay. I believe Jenny has a great ability to be compassionate and not let that influence tough calls that are in the patient's best interest. She is a joy and a gift to the medical community and her patients.
