As the Director of Inpatient Medical / Surgical Services, she models leadership behaviors as well as fundamental nursing skills that directly and positively influence patient care quality.

Jennifer has the capacity to recall and operationalize quality and financial data within her areas of responsibility to optimize clinical decisions, care delivery, and resource stewardship. She remains current in her clinical knowledge and continues to be an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN). She is a consummate professional, with an executive presence that is proficient yet approachable.
