In my seven days at Westland House and 15-day stay at Community Hospital, I can confidently say that Jennifer is so hard-working, caring, and empathetic. This is her number one talent and the reason why she is such an incredible asset to your organization. She has great communication skills. She explains so efficiently and in layman's terms so that I completely understood everything in regard to my experience here. She also has great attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and advocacy. She was my number-one advocate during my entire stay here. She is committed to advocacy for all of her patients. She has so much stamina. Her energy and enthusiasm are incredible. She has a great sense of humor. She makes me feel like I am the only patient in here, yet she is so efficient with her time and makes sure all of her patients are well taken care of.
