I was doing a night shift that was affecting my health. She gave me assistance on a chaotic day. I changed my shift. Not only has my health improved, but I also feel like I’m growing in this organization. Jennifer will encourage you on days you feel you hit your limit. Jennifer is not only a manager but she is also a leader.
