Jenn was on duty and went above and beyond to ensure that mom was attended to and felt safe. It was Jenn's smile and her incredible personality in addition to her skills and knowledge of patient care that shine through. She was caring, considerate and incredibly patient with listening, responding and providing information to mom and me in 'laymen's' language that enabled us to understand what was happening, what to anticipate, and what to do to get mom well enough for discharge. Jenn is a fine example of what patients and their families seek and need when hospitalization becomes necessary. Jenn demonstrates skill and compassion while mom was not the only patient needing her attention. It always felt like Jenn gave mom 100% of her attention in each interaction!
