Jennise was the nurse for three out of the four rounds of chemo I just completed. She seems to have that perfect mix of personality and professionalism.
Following my first round, I found myself at the local pharmacy looking for solutions to some side effects of treatment. As I pondered my options, my cell phone rang. It was Jennise! She helped guide me to the best options and added additional information.
On my third round, I developed a pain in the shoulder where the IV was running. I had an unusual reaction to one of the pre-meds. Jennise acted quickly to resolve the problem.
On my fourth round, again I developed a pain in the IV arm as well as the same reaction to the pre-meds. Jennise was not my nurse but remembered the problem previously and steps were taken to alleviate the problem. Jennise is a competent professional and I was grateful for her care.
