Jenny was fabulous when working with a complex patient and their family, especially when it was her first day with the patient and it was going to be a difficult assignment. Jenny showed nothing but compassion and love in her care and was more than willing to help the family and patient with anything that was needed throughout her shift. I was incredibly impressed with how Jenny handled the stress of the situation and how the patient's family immediately trusted her with the care of their loved one!
Jenny deserves this DAISY Award due to her incredible attitude throughout every shift and her love and commitment to her patients' care and making sure her fellow nurses and techs are supported throughout the day.
