An 11-year employee of the hospital, Jenny Bailey was nominated for the DAISY Award by the daughter of a patient. The family was impressed with Jenny’s charismatic, compassionate and non-judgmental approach to caregiving, pointing out how pleased they were with the nurse’s level of knowledge.

Jenny’s peers and leaders also noted that she is dedicated to her patients and capable of providing unbiased, expert care to even the most challenging patients. Her clinical manager praised her commitment to professional nursing practice and recognized her as a change agent, mentor and role model for all staff.
