Jenny was nominated by her colleague "She's very helpful, has positive energy, knowledgeable, good communicator, good leader, a team player. She never says no to help, especially when a patient needs her. She's willing to help, from putting a patient in a bedside commode to medication. Jenny has the best personality. When she's a charge nurse, she treats everybody fairly and makes work flow smoothly. I have a lot of respect for her that I think she deserves to be a recipient of the DAISY Award this year"
