I have experienced many hospitals, and Bethesda Hospital West rises above them all in care, facilities, and hospitality. Everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive. However, Jenny stands out for her outstanding patient care, compassion, dedication, and communication. She is a superstar nurse.
When I pointed out the lack of heparin, she researched, and then called the lab to request a STAT blood draw. When this did not work, she elevated it to her supervision. Jenny called, paged and finally I found her on the floor, as she was about to do the critical blood draw herself, so medications to prevent clots could be properly dosed! She was sweet, compassionate, detail-oriented, and a huge asset to this facility. Thanks, Jenny!
