A patient and their family had a superb experience with surgical nurse, Jenny Day. The experience was so fantastic that they wanted her for another procedure here at Mercy West. The family came in two days before the surgery to see if they could have Jenny. She was actually scheduled off on the surgery date. They said all the nurses are good, but would like Jenny. Jenny was actually in the Birthing Unit visiting a member of her family. Jenny was told about the request and arranged to work on the patient's surgery date.

This is awesome and demonstrates the mission of Mercy. Jenny accommodated their request and the family was very surprised and happy.
