Jenny M. Smith, RN

Jenny is an outstanding nurse and charge nurse. She is so competent, confident, and organized enough to always be available to help. She teaches in a non-threatening way and models her expertise humbly.

As a new nurse knowing I am going to work with her made me relieved because I knew we could get through anything together.

Now that Jenny has helped me develop my “nurse wings” I am flying to day shift and I will sincerely miss working with a lot of NOC shift but especially, Jenny.

If anyone deserves a DAISY award it is Jenny Smith!
