I had a major surgery and was admitted to 3rd floor Surgical Unit and was honored to have Jenny as my nurse. She is one amazing, caring nurse with compassion. I had many meltdowns and cried a lot on my first admission. However, Jenny made me feel so safe and had a way of calming me down.
I was discharged only to be readmitted 2 days later, for surgery complications. I was very frightened. However, when I arrived to 3rd floor and had Jenny as my nurse, I knew everything would be OK.
Seven months later, I had surgery. Again, I was very fearful. However, I was blessed to have Jenny as my nurse. After the surgery, she took so much time to explain and show me how to use the Ostomy bags. Because of the time, patience and compassion that Jenny showed towards me, I left Fox Chase feeling good and confident on how to use my ostomy bags and I was not scared at all. While Fox Chase has many good nurses, Jenny helped and cared for me the most.
Jenny is an asset to your hospital. I was blessed, touched and grateful to have her at my nurse. Thank you, Jenny, from the bottom of my heart!
