Jenny has been our nurse and cochlear implant coordinator for all three of our daughters.

Our daughters were all born deaf. Jenny walked into our lives as each of our daughters was on their hearing loss journey. She has been there every step of the way. She has consoled me as I have had hard times watching each child go through surgery. She has also been there to celebrate with us in the great times. She always has a positive attitude, and her communication is very clear.

 After their implants, she made sure that we continued to receive the care that they needed with other doctors and specialists. She encouraged us to share our journey with other families. She and our surgeon always reminded us that the sky was the limit for our girls. Each of them has grown over the years to accomplish anything they have set their minds to, including sports, honors classes, and more.

Because of the encouragement we have received from Jenny, we now advocate for more centers for hearing loss and for each child to have access to the resources they need to succeed when they have a disability.
