Jenny was very warm, approachable, and accommodating. As an elderly patient, I had many questions and concerns and fears because of the medication and procedures. But she was able to assuage my fears and reassure me, patiently explaining procedures and processes so I worried less. She made our stay comfortable. My baby plays with her, which makes his monitoring enjoyable. We had to frequently buzz the nurse station and every time she came in, she came with a smile and a concerned face, making us less worried that we were a bother. I would like to highlight the following: she approaches with sincerity and concern, she keeps us informed, and she makes my child (a 7-month-old) comfortable. Aside from all the reliable staff and doctors MDH has, Jenny is definitely one of the reasons we trust this institution.
